The higher the rank, then the more stars you are gonna need in total in order to rank up further. This means that you are going to have to be a very consistent winner in matches.
If the player loses too many matches, then they will begin to lose the stars that they have earned. Lose too many and you will being to rank down to the previous division. However, there are ways to prevent this from happening through Star Protection. Reaching 100% in Star Protection points or using its cards after losing helps keep the stars you could have lost instead.
